The library does not normally buy textbooks for courses offered at Pace.
Occasionally, faculty will put assigned textbooks on Reserve, so that they can be checked out and used in the library for 2 hours.
There are times, through donations, that we might have current or past editions of textbooks available for circulation. You are able to check them out, and renew up to 2 times. If there are any holds (requests from other students) on the title you will not be allowed to renew.
Check the library catalog to see if your textbook is on reserve or in our collection.
Another option, while in the Mortola library, is checking with the tutoring center. They have many of the current textbooks for core courses, and it may be possible to use them while in the tutoring center if they are open.
As always, you can try to see if your textbook is available through ConnectNY. These would be borrowed from another library, and would be subject to the lending library's loan periods, renewal policies, and fine schedule.
