If the Pace Alumni graduated more than 6 months ago, then the person should register their email at the Alumni services page: "Pace Alumni in good standing may request their username and password to access computers in campus libraries and computer labs by emailing their name and date of birth to pacealum@pace.edu, or calling 1-877-8ALUMNI. It can take up to 48 hours to process this request."
Note that Pace Alumni may have to re-register their username and password once a year.
Questions about their pace.edu email accounts can all be sent to ITS and the help desk.
Library copiers can be accessed through a manual log in using a Pace username and password. Alumni can get $3.00 worth of free printing/copying each semester. No additional funds can be added to alumni accounts per ITS Help Desk policy.
Alumni can access Pace databases while in the library, however they are not allowed to access Pace databases remotely. This is explained in more detail at this FAQ: https://asklibrary.pace.edu/faq/20608
